Rachel serves as the International Director for Unitas International. She holds a Master's in International Community Development from Southeastern University. Her 20 years experience has brought the specialty of international fundraising and program planning and implementation. She has leveraged her previous experience into the formation of Unitas and serving the communities of southern Africa. Her true passion lies in establishing legacy projects that will inspire change for generations.
Morgan serves as the Director of Special Needs and Curriculum Development for Unitas International. She is completing her Bachelor of Science in Special Education, with an emphasis in Cognitive Impairment, and Autism. Then, she will pursue her Masters Degree in Autism. She has spent countless hours working with individuals of all ages with disabilities. She loves creating and developing lesson plans and curricula with the hopes of making a difference.
As owner of In Waves, Michelle operates in partnership with Unitas for Digital Marketing & Social Media Expansion. With a passion for people & zest for life, Michelle adapts her extensive background in voluntary servitude for various Christ centered churches & organizations, 12-year career in corporate leadership, and design experience concurrently with leveraging modern tools to reach a wider audience. All with the goal in mind of educational restoration that honors who we were called to be.
Chloe serves as the Director of Prison Ministries. She has a Bachelor's from Kentucky Mountain Bible College in Education. Chloe is passionate about serving God, spending time with her family, and coffee. Currently while teaching adults English and GED requirements in a correctional facility, she hopes to bring her passion and knowledge to impact those around the world.
As the president and co-founder of Unitas International, Lenville has a deep passion for missions. He is a Commissioned Special Worker in the Wesleyan Church. He has served in music ministry, as assistant pastor, and president of CSI Ministries. His involvement in missions work has taken him around the world.
Carolyn has a Master's in education from Ball State University. Her love for missions only increased after her visits to Mozambique and Guatemala. Her 39 years of experience in education has provided a wealth of insight into training in Mozambique.
Leanna has a Master's in Education from Ball State University. She is a commissioned special worker in the Wesleyan Church and, like her husband, is passionate about missions. Her experience in administrative work in churches, mission organizations, and her employer has made her a key element in the success of Unitas.
Julie has a passion for ministry. She has served in the local church including children, youth, and women, and mowing church grounds. Her servant's heart is evident in all areas of her life. She loves spending time with her family and grandchildren. She joined Unitas with a desire to help guide as the organization continues to grow and volunteer her services to build the community for Christ.
As a nursing instructor for Ivy Tech and Ball State University, Marcy demonstrates a passion for teaching the next generation for healthcare professionals. As a pastor's wife, her support for her husband and their ministry has given great impact to the North Anderson Wesleyan Church and the community it serves. Marcy's passion for health education and sustainable initiatives align with Unitas and her broader desire to enhance the well-being of others.
Eric has had a lifelong passion and relationship with ministry. He has over 30 years of pastoring experience and currently works in chaplaincy in east central Indiana. He is passionate about prison ministry and seeing lives restored. He has been an integral part of Unitas' ability to launch our prison ministry program.
Niurka Ferrer is a Higher Education Outreach and Communication Strategist, partnering with teams for impactful content strategy, team management, and leadership development. Her commitment to community impact is evident in her diverse expertise in education, child and family programming, faith-based initiatives, business administration, marketing, and grant management. With a focus on leadership development and coaching, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving positive change.
Dr. Allhands received his PhD from University of Florida in agricultural engineering. He has experience in environmental consulting and international water filtration around the world. Through his experience, he brings knowledge to address concerns centered providing clean water to the community and their essential livestock.
